Why three tiers?
Most people need a few cleanups per day — that is what Pro is for. Plus exists for power users who clean lots of video or hit the API.
What counts as a "cleanup"?
One file processed, regardless of how many metadata fields it contained or how big it was (within your tier limit).
How does annual billing work?
You pay for the whole year upfront and get one month free on Pro, two months free on Plus. Same features, lower effective price, and we send fewer payment emails.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from the Stripe customer portal. No retention emails, no friction. If you cancel an annual plan partway through, you keep access until the period ends.
How are payments handled?
Through Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe handles EU VAT automatically.
Refund policy?
Cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions. Email us — we usually reply within a day.
What happens if I exceed my daily limit on Pro?
You see a friendly message and a one-click upgrade to Plus. Existing files remain downloadable; the limit only blocks new cleanups until the next day.
Is my file ever uploaded to your servers?
No. All processing happens in your browser. We see two tiny network requests per cleanup (token issue + redeem), neither of which carries file bytes.
